A synergetic effect of ultrasonic irradiation and yolk–shell nanocatalyst was examined for the synthesis spirooxindoles from isatin, malononitrile cyclohexanone. It found this contributory can be accelerated desired reaction toward obtaining highly pure products in excellent yields short times. The contains melamine anchored onto magnetic Fe3O4 nanoparticles were applied as active base catalyst sonication spirooxindole compounds. This has core very with great area surface shell. novel prepared through simple method characterized by using FT-IR spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). used different derivatives under irradiation.

Wells–Dawson tungsten heteropolyacid (H6P2W18O62) has been applied as an effective heterogeneous catalyst for one-pot synthesis of spiro[4H-pyran-3,3’-oxindoles] via reaction of various isatins, malonitrile and 1,3-dicarbonyl compound in water.
